Hims provides a range of effective, personalised hair loss treatments. If you are unhappy with your hair loss treatment, you may submit a claim under our money back guarantee 90 days from when we notify you that your treatment was approved by our clinician.
To make a claim under our hair loss money back guarantee you must satisfy the following requirements:
You must have bought one of the following products: Topical Finasteride with Minoxidil solution; Minoxidil solution; Finasteride tablets; or Minoxidil solution and Finasteride tablets kit.
You must submit your claim to our customer care team via email@example.com between 90 and 120 days after receipt of the notification that your treatment was approved by our clinician.
We may reject your claim if:
Your subscription for the applicable products is paused at any time during the treatment.
You have purchased or used any hair loss treatment from us before and/or used Finasteride or Minoxidil before.
You do not submit your claim within the time period stated above.
We shall refund you using the same method you used to pay for the treatment. We shall not be liable for any disappointment suffered if you do not experience any hair growth.
Please also note that these products are not designed to encourage hair growth if the hair loss relates to illness, or treatment of that illness, including autoimmune disease or cancer; stress; or for late-stage hair loss.
We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.
We may withdraw this guarantee at any time for new purchases of our hair loss products.
