These Terms and Conditions have two parts: (1) Website User Terms relating to general use of the Website and (2) Services Terms relating to the creation of a user account (“Account”) and/or obtaining Services.
By continuing to use the Website and/or obtain any Services from the Website, you are confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Website (including creation of an Account) or obtain any Services from our Website.
The information and content on the Website is not medical advice, and is not intended to be a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The changes will become effective from the date they are posted on the Website or, if reasonable advance notice is required, after the applicable notice period has expired.
Your Personal Information
We take our responsibility for protecting your personal information very seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we may collect, use, process, and disclose your personal data.
Who we are, what we do, and how to contact us
We are Hims & Hers UK Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 11602781 (“Hims & Hers UK”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Our registered office is at 5th Floor Halo, Counterslip, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 6AJ. Our VAT number is 324552712.
Through our Website, we provide a platform to enable users to create an Account and seek the following services (“Services”):
Access to online consultations for certain medical conditions (“Consultations”), including for the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of illness, or for matters relating to a person's physical health. Consultations are facilitated through a medical intake form reviewed by a Clinician in connection with issuing a prescription (if suitable) or providing clinical advice or guidance (“Clinician" may include a doctor, nurse independent prescriber, pharmacist independent prescriber, or any other person permitted to prescribe drugs or appliances under regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013); and
If, following the Consultation, the Clinician issues and authorizes a prescription, the prescribed product - classified as prescription-only, pharmacy-only, or general sales list medicines (“Products”) - will be dispensed by a partner pharmacy (independently referred to as a “Pharmacy” or collectively as “Pharmacies”).
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for informing your primary healthcare providers that you are using any Product. You are also responsible for the information you provide to us, to Clinicians and to the Pharmacy about yourself, your health, and your medicine. You must let us know if your medical situation changes or if you start a new medication before beginning or continuing treatment through us. We will assume that anyone placing a new request for treatment is:
tolerating their current medication,
not experiencing side effects, and
happy to continue at the dose prescribed.
You are responsible for keeping all information up to date, including your health, medication, and delivery address. You confirm that any information you provide to us is accurate and acknowledge that if you do not provide accurate and up-to-date information, you could be putting your health at risk. You can update your information by logging into your Account.
If you experience unexpected side effects or any change in your medical situation, you must contact a Clinician through your Account or consult a qualified healthcare professional for further assessment.
You must review the patient information leaflet and follow the clinical directions provided with any Product prescribed to you before using it.
If you are prescribed a weight loss Product, you acknowledge that such Products are only effective when combined with important lifestyle changes, such as maintaining a reduced-calorie diet and increased and consistent physical activity. You acknowledge that if you do not make these changes, you may lose less weight than expected or no weight at all, and your treatment may need to be reviewed or discontinued at the discretion of the prescribing Clinician.
You are responsible for using any Product strictly as instructed by the prescribing Clinician, including following the prescribed usage, dosage, and guidance.
You must not exceed the recommended dose or use the Product for any purpose other than that prescribed.
While all reasonable care is taken to provide accurate information, you acknowledge that Products may cause side effects or may not be effective, and we do not accept liability for any such effects except as required by law.
You acknowledge that all Services and Products that you obtain through our Website are for your own personal use only. You may not under any circumstances provide any Product to any other person. We do not offer the Website or the Services for you to use or order Consultations or Products on behalf of other people, including partners or other family members.
As a consumer, you have certain statutory rights in respect of the Services and Products, and these Terms and Conditions do not override your statutory rights.
A description of how you can order Services, how we provide the Services, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information relating to the Services is set out further below under Service Terms. The Service Terms apply whenever you create an Account with us and/or use the Website to seek Services.
If you have any questions about anything in these Terms and Conditions or if you have technical issues or wish to make a complaint, then please contact us at support@forhims.co.uk or support@forhers.co.uk.

Service Terms
General
These Service Terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions, apply when you create an Account and/or obtain Services from us. When you create an Account with us and click “Sign Up” or “Continue,” these Service Terms become an agreement between you and us. However, as set out below, your agreement for the dispensing and supply of Products will be with the Pharmacy rather than with us.
We are under a legal duty to provide Services that conform to their description on the Website and these Service Terms.
You can terminate these Service Terms at any time by contacting Hims & Hers UK Customer Support at support@forhims.co.uk or support@forhers.co.uk. If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive access to ongoing Services associated with that subscription. However, you will still be able to log into your Account, and you may have the option to reactivate your subscription (if suitable).
User Accounts
To be able to access the Services made available by us on the Website and use certain features and areas of the Website, you must first create an Account with a username and password. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your Account.
You may register for and use the Services through our Website only if you are eighteen (18) years old or older, are a UK resident, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. For safety reasons, you will only be able to purchase certain Products if you are between the ages of 18 and 75.
You must ensure that your username and password are kept secure and confidential. It is your sole responsibility to monitor and control access to and use of your Account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Account. If you have any concerns that your Account may have been misused, you should contact us as soon as possible at support@forhims.co.uk or support@forhers.co.uk.
To access the Services, you must provide all details that we request during the sign-up process, including valid contact details and a valid payment method as permitted on the Website. We, the Clinicians, and Pharmacy rely on you providing accurate and complete information, so please ensure you answer all questions accurately and completely. You are responsible for ensuring that any information that you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
We may contact you at any time after you have registered an Account with us to verify your identity and your age, and to request any additional documentation that we may require for those purposes, as permitted by applicable laws.
You may make copies of your information contained in your Account in any format for your personal use, and in doing so, you may make copies of reasonable portions of the Website and the material and content of the Website and your Account.
We may suspend access to your Account or terminate your Account to protect the Website, to protect you, and for other legal and business reasons.
Ordering
Through our Website, you can submit order requests for Consultations and Products. You must first create an Account to do so. When submitting an order request for a Product, you must complete a medical intake form for review by a Clinician and, if applicable, complete a photo assessment.
Our Website is solely for the promotion of our Services and the Products in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from or facilitate the delivery of Products to addresses outside the UK.
If a Clinician issues a prescription for your order request, we will send you an email with the reference number for your order, which will also be visible when you log in to your Account. Please provide this reference number whenever you contact us, as it helps us locate your details. Receipt of an order confirmation indicates that a dispensing Pharmacy has been allocated and an agreement for the dispensing and supply of the Product is formed between you and that Pharmacy. We act solely as a facilitator, enabling the transaction between you and the Pharmacy. Sending a reference number or order confirmation does not make us the seller of any Product; we do not own, sell, or supply Products, and any agreement for the dispensing and supply of those Products is between you and the Pharmacy.
Your order will not be confirmed unless a Clinician has issued and authorized a prescription for your order.
When you click “Submit to Clinician”, payment is taken for your full order, including payment for any Product requested. If a Clinician does not issue a prescription, you will not be eligible to purchase the Product, and your payment will be refunded to you.
When we contact you, we may do so by telephone (including SMS) or by writing to your email address or postal address using the contact details provided in your Account. You must keep your contact details up-to-date in your Account so that we can contact you about your order as necessary.
Who Are Our Partner Pharmacies?
If you are issued a prescription by a Clinician, you will receive confirmation that your order has been authorized, and the Product will be dispensed and supplied by one of our partner Pharmacies. Your Product may be dispensed by either of our partner Pharmacies. The Pharmacy Terms apply to the dispensing, supply, and delivery of your Product. Your agreement for the supply and delivery of Products is between you and the Pharmacy. We are not a party to that agreement and do not assume responsibility for the dispensing, supply, delivery, or any other obligations arising from it.
The Pharmacies are responsible for dispensing and delivering Products in accordance with applicable pharmacy regulations. You will receive your Products directly from one of the following Pharmacies, as identified on the pharmacy dispensing label affixed to the Product.
As part of our facilitation role, Hims & Hers UK provides customer support and will liaise with the relevant Pharmacy if you have any questions or concerns about the status, delivery, or condition of your Product. Please contact Hims & Hers UK Customer Support at support@forhims.co.uk or support@forhers.co.uk.
Details of our partner Pharmacies are set out below:
Health Bridge Limited, trading as Zava Pharmacy (“Zava”), which is incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 07392646, with its registered office at 3a Deans Road, Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK12 5NA. Zava is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council under number 9012701.
The London Specialist Pharmacy Limited, which is incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 06816158, with its registered office address at 27 Mortimer Street, London, England, W1T 3BL. The London Specialist Clinic is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as “Specialist Pharmacy” under number 9010630.
Consultations
In order to be eligible to purchase a subscription through our Website, you must first complete a Consultation. The Consultations process, described below, involves the submission of a medical and health information intake form for review by a Clinician. The Clinicians are responsible for reviewing your request for treatment and issuing prescriptions for you, if in their judgment they deem it appropriate, and are responsible for any diagnoses that they make and for prescriptions that they issue.
To facilitate the Consultation, you will be required to complete a medical intake form during the online ordering process. The medical intake form includes information about yourself, such as what medications you are taking and your health and medical history. You may also be required to upload photographs for assessment purposes. We will send this information to the Clinician for their review and assessment of the suitability of your selected Product.
The Clinician relies on the information you provide, so you must ensure that you answer the questions truthfully and accurately. The Clinician may request additional information, which you will be required to answer in order to proceed with your order. The Clinician may issue a prescription for you made at their sole discretion. If a Clinician does not issue a prescription, you will not be eligible to purchase the Product through our Website. As stated above, any prescription issued will be dispensed and supplied directly by the Pharmacy. We provide the platform that enables you to place your order with the Pharmacy.
Signing up for Subscriptions, Cancelling, and Renewing
Products available through our Website are only offered by subscription. When you submit an order request for any Products, you will be signed up for a subscription (if suitable). We will tell you during the online ordering process if you are submitting an order request for a monthly subscription or a multi-month subscription. We offer different types of subscriptions depending on what Product you are seeking to purchase. You can select your preferred subscription cadence (“Subscription Period”) during the online ordering process.
We will take payment using the payment details in your Account on or about the same date of your Subscription Period, starting from the date of your initial order request.
Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@forhims.co.uk or support@forhers.co.uk. If you cancel or pause your subscription within 48 hours before your next billing date, we will still take payment for your next Product delivery.
For certain Products, you may be required to confirm that the health and medical information we have on file remains accurate in order to keep your subscription active and continue receiving your dispensed Product. This confirmation must be provided within six months of the date of the prescription. You can complete this confirmation via your Account dashboard or by responding to a request from a Clinician, which may be sent by email. You will be notified when action is required.
You can find specific details of your subscriptions by logging in to your Account.
We may terminate or pause your subscription if:
You have not renewed your prescription in accordance with these Service Terms within six months of the date when your prescription was issued;
Your payment details or contact details are out of date/expired;
You have not confirmed that the information we have on file about your health and medication is still accurate (or updated your details if there has been a change) within the requested time period;
Your Account has been terminated or suspended;
The Product is unavailable/out of stock;
We cannot authorise your payment for any reason; or
There has been a mistake on the pricing or the description of the Services.
Price and Payments
All prices set out on the Website are in pounds sterling and inclusive of value-added tax (if applicable) and any other taxes, fees, and charges payable in the UK. All prices represent the total amount payable. No additional mandatory costs will be added at checkout unless clearly disclosed prior to order submission. The price for Products will be as indicated on the order page at the time you click “Submit to Clinician”.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices displayed are correct.
We may change our prices from time to time to reflect changes in external factors that affect our costs, such as inflation, supplier pricing, exchange rates, taxes, or regulatory requirements. The examples above are illustrative, not exhaustive, and any price change will apply only to future renewals or new orders. We’ll always give you reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect, and you’ll have the right to cancel your subscription prior to the implementation of the new price.
You may pay:
using your credit or debit card as indicated on the Website; or
using such e-wallets or e-money as are accepted on the Website from time to time.
You have to enter your chosen payment method and details when you create your Account. By completing your payment details, you confirm that the payment method being used belongs to you.
All payments are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing your credit/debit card and credit verification or the provider of e-money or an e-wallet, and we will not be responsible if the payment fails credit verification or if such financial institution or provider refuses to accept or honour the payment for any reason. We may also report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. We may decline to accept or take any payment without giving any reason. Please note that it can take 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to process your payment. We will tell you if we incur any issues obtaining approval for the payment. This may cause a delay in delivering the Products to you, and we will not be able to process your payment and provide the Consultation or facilitate the dispensing and delivery of any Products until we have received authorisation.
If we are unsuccessful in charging your debit or credit card and have still not received payment within 7 days of informing you, we may (without responsibility to you) suspend or temporarily disable all or part of your access to the Service and we shall be under no obligation to provide the Service (or any part of it) while the relevant payment(s) remains unpaid. This does not affect any other rights and remedies available to us.
The payments you make include our fee for the Services and the price of the Consultations and Products, and we will collect the relevant payment as a part of our role facilitating your order, including the dispensing and delivery of the Product on behalf of the Pharmacy.
Delivery
Delivery of the Products is carried out by the dispensing Pharmacy and will only take place if a Clinician has issued a prescription, and the payment for the applicable Product has been processed by Hims & Hers UK (acting as a payment facilitator on the Pharmacy’s behalf). The delivery of the Products is governed by the applicable Pharmacy Terms.
The cost of delivery will be displayed to you on our Website.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery of the Product when it is delivered, and the Product cannot be posted through your letterbox, the delivery company that is used to make deliveries may leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery.
In the event of non-delivery after a Product has been shipped by the Pharmacy, you have a maximum of 30 days following the shipment date to request a replacement. Once this 30-day window has elapsed, we will be unable to support any further requests regarding non-delivery.
Product Availability
All orders for Products are subject to the availability of those Products and the materials used to make them. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible after placing an order if, for any reason, the Products you have ordered are not available or are subject to any delay.
If the Pharmacy is unable to supply you with a Product, for example, because the manufacturer is out of stock or because of an error in the price, we will inform you of this by e-mail, and the order for that Product will not proceed. If we have already processed your payment, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
The Pharmacy may have to suspend the supply of Product to you to:
deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
update the Product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or
make changes to the Product as requested by you or notified by us to you.
We will let you know if we are informed that the Pharmacy will be suspending supply of the Product. If the Pharmacy suspends supply of the Product, or tells you it will be suspending supply of the Product, for a period of more than one month, you may contact us to end your subscription for that Product. Separately, you may end your subscription if we stop offering the Product as part of our Services. In either case, we will refund any sums you have paid in advance for any Product you will not receive after you end the agreement or subscription.
We may also suspend your subscription if you do not pay. If you do not pay the amounts due when you are supposed to, and you still do not make payment within 10 days of us reminding you that payment is due, we may pause your subscription to the Product until you have paid the outstanding amounts. We will contact you to tell you that your subscription has been paused. We will not suspend the supply of the Products where you dispute the unpaid invoice. We will not charge you for the Products during the period for which supply is suspended.
Order Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns Policy
Returns and Refunds Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of Products. If you have concerns about your Product, please refer to the returns policy described in the Pharmacy Terms, which govern the dispensing, supply, and delivery of your order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to a remedy where a Product has been dispensed in error or does not match your prescription.
Your right to cancel
If you are terminating a subscription for a reason set out below, the subscription will end immediately, and you will be refunded in full for any Products which have not been provided. The reasons are:
there is an increase in the price of Products and you do not accept the increased price;
we have told you about an upcoming change to the Product offering or these Service Terms that you do not agree to;
we have told you about an error in the price or description of the Product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
you have a legal right to end the subscription because of something we have done wrong.
If you terminate your subscription after any Product has been dispensed and delivered, we are unable to accept the return of any Product. Please email us at support@forhims.co.uk or support@forhers.co.uk.
We will issue any refund to your original payment method.
Our right to cancel
If a Clinician determines that it is not appropriate for you to continue treatment, we may cancel your subscription for patient safety reasons (including if you have notified us of adverse side effects to the Product). In such circumstances, we will notify the Pharmacy to cease delivery of Product to you, and we will refund any amounts you have paid in advance for any Product you will not receive after your subscription is terminated.
Our Right to make changes to these Service Terms
We may make material changes to these Service Terms that meaningfully affect your rights and obligations, but if we do so, we will give you reasonable advance notice of any changes, and you may then contact us to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any Product you will not receive and any Services paid for but not provided. For non-material updates (such as editorial, administrative, or technical clarifications), we may apply them immediately. Continued use of our Services after a material change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Other Important Terms
Complaints and Customer Services
If you are unhappy with our service to you, the Products, or any other matter, then please contact us as soon as possible at: support@forhims.co.uk or support@forhers.co.uk.
Where your complaint is related to the dispensing, supply, or delivery of the Products, we will liaise with the relevant Pharmacy in accordance with the Pharmacy Terms.
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If it is not possible to resolve a dispute using our internal complaint-handling procedure, we will:
let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and
give you certain information required by law about our alternative dispute resolution provider.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or failure of suppliers or subcontractors. In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the period that the event continues, and we will take reasonable steps to minimise any disruption.
Our liability to you
We are only liable to you for losses which you suffer as a direct result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions relating to the Services and which are reasonably foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time you accepted the Terms and Conditions, both we and you knew it might happen.
The maximum loss or damage we will be responsible for under these Terms and Conditions relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you have paid to us for the Service to which the loss or damage relates. However, we do not in any way exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any breach of terms implied by law (such as those relating to quality, fitness for purpose, description, or safety of goods and services).
The Pharmacy will be responsible for loss or damage you suffer as a result of any breach by the Pharmacy of its agreement with you for the dispensing, supply, delivery, or any other obligations arising from the supply of the Product.
Any Product dispensed to you by the Pharmacy is solely for personal use. Any redistribution or resale of the Products is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We disclaim liability for any losses arising from such unauthorised activities.
The Clinicians are responsible for reviewing your treatments and issuing prescriptions for you, and are responsible for any diagnoses that they make and for prescriptions that they issue.
